This hotdish will warm you up on a cool day The kids all have loved this recipe and doesn't take long to make.

Ingredients:

2 cups of dry Jasmine Rice with 3 cups of chicken broth (I cook my rice in a rice cooker- perfect every time)

4-5 chicken breasts cooked in olive oil, garlic and and spiced with whatever you would like for seasoning.

I large can of cream of chicken or cream of Mushroom soup
1/2 to 1 cup cup of shredded swiss or cheddar cheese and sometimes I add a few slices of white american cheese to make it cheesier.
1/2 cup milk
1/4 stick of melted butter
1 -2 tsp. of soy sauce

You can add vegetables to this if you want as well. My family likes it with corn added but many times I just serve the vegetables as a side dish.

Directions:

Cook the rice as mentioned above
Cook the chicken in a big frying pan with high sides. If you don't have one you can put it all in a big pot.

Combine the soup the milk and the melted butter together and combine all ingredients together and cook with lid until cheese is melted and it has had time to simmer and meld the flavors together.
