Publisher's Note . . .

By Jodi Lorence & Lori Wondra, Macaroni Kid Publishing Team October 20, 2016
The kids are all excited as they await the day to celebrate Halloween and finally get to wear their costume! It is always such a decision. I have seen so many amazing homemade costumes, creative costumes that were put together with items from around the house and of course the adorable & some not so adorable store bought costumes. I just love the year long decision on what they may want to be for Halloween and then to the final decision. It seems as though next year's costume is already being decided the day after Halloween with some kids. This year one of our little guys is going to be "Elvis" and the other is going to be a performer on "Scott's Talent" (his version of America's Got Talent). He is such a performer all year so the costume suits his personality and he is SO excited for Halloween to get here so he can show it to others. Lori has 4 little guys to dress up this year for Halloween! Whew, that sounds so fun but oh so exhausting. It will be fun to see all the pictures!

Whatever your child/children decide to be for Halloween, I hope they have a wonderful time. We still have a little over a week to go but the celebrations around the community have various dates to celebrate. Be sure to visit my article that has a list of community events to attend for Halloween! Until then, enjoy the falling leaves and the beautiful weather. Have a great week everyone!

Sincerely~
