Junior Jumper Time is exclusively for children 6 years old and younger. Grip Jump Socks are required for all parents/guardians who plan to assist children out on the trampolines during Junior Jumper Time. However, for the safety of your young ones, parents/guardians are not allowed to actually jump with, or independently from, their children. Once purchased for $3.00, Grip Socks are yours to keep and can be brought back for every future visit.

Neon Jump Night is our dedicated time to mix and mingle with friends while jumping to today’s top hits from 6:00pm to 8:30pm every Friday.
Please note, jump times begin on the hour at 6pm, 7pm, 8pm and 9pm.  Purchase a single hour or all four, the fun factor is up to you!

After Dark is our “All Ages” open jump night every Saturday from 6:00pm to 8:30pm.

Jump Times begin on the hour at 6pm, 7pm, 8pm and 9pm.  Purchase 1 hour of jump time or all 4 hours, the fun factor is up to you!

We’ve expanded the hours that this fun, glow night program is offered to give younger jumpers the option of attending earlier, and older jumpers the option to attend later in the evening. And for parents that want a night out with out the kids, the up to 4 hour admission option may just give you the option for a fun date night while your child(ren) enjoy a ton of bouncing fun.

Family Flight Time is every Sunday from 4 – 7 pm every Sunday at Rockin’ Jump Trampoline Park-Eagan!

One hour of jump time is only $40 for up to 5 immediate family members. This is a walk-in guest only promotion, so get on in here every Sunday. Time slots that are available for this promotion are 4pm-5pm, 5pm-6m or 6pm-7pm.

Open Jump Arena is our main jumping and fun zone where friends jump together and perform acrobatics while our Rockin’ Jump staff monitor safe play from all angles.

Slam Dunk Zone

Not in the NBA yet? You’ll feel like you are! Slam Dunk Zone, where you can slam dunk like a pro on trampoline launch pads that can bounce you high in the air. Show off your dunk today!

Become a Ninja Warrior and conquer the Galaxy Ninja Wall! An inflatable warped wall with 3 different deck heights of 6, 8 and 10 feet. Run up the specially designed patent pending warped wall which is firm even though it is 100% inflatable. Non-slip vinyl ensures you have enough grip to make it to the top! If you need a helping hand there are PVC grab bars to pull yourself up onto the deck; once at the top it's a left turn to slide down back to the start.

Not in the NBA yet? You’ll feel like you are! The ThrowDown Arena, allows you to slam dunk like a pro. Play basketball, soccer, volleyball or dodgeball on this springy, air-filled multi-court. The air-filled floor allows for tricks and stunts that regular fields and courts don't, come show your friends what you got!

A classic challenge. The hardwood rungs on the fidget ladder are longest in the middle and are lashed to a Multiline perimeter. This balance activity emphasizes balance, poise and accomplishment for the individual. Can you make it all the way across without getting flipped onto the air bag below? Good luck!

The Vertigo Climbing Tower is the ultimate multi-level skill challenge and nothing short of amazing. Take your time and successfully climb your way to victory, or race your friends to see who can be crowned king or queen. First one to climb to the top and ring the buzzer wins!

Choose your padded lance, and have a blast as you work to maintain your balance while trying to knock your opponent from the beam. Someone has to be the X-Beam Champion!

Soft Play
Since climbing, when done safely, is a form of exercise that develops coordination and limb strength, it’s an important activity for a child to practice. With ball pool, foam and soft padding throughout, soft play areas make for safe fun that nevertheless feels thrilling and gets kids’ heart rates up as they navigate a rope bridge or climbing net!
