We invite you to join our ECFE family as we share and learn together this spring. Supporting early childhood development and parenting is our passion, and the health and safety of your family is still our top priority. We believe everyone deserves support and guidance through their parenting journey.
Building Blocks for School Success
Parents with Children Ages 4 and 5
Separating, Siblings Welcome
Children who are four and five years old will be heading off to kindergarten soon. You can begin preparing your son or daughter now for this big milestone. This ECFE class will give kids the opportunity to practice skills such as problem solving and learning through play, which will help them have a more successful kindergarten experience. Parents will be able to ask questions regarding their child’s development and learning style. Mom and dad will also pick up ways to prepare themselves for the first day of kindergarten. Please register ALL children, including siblings, who will be attending class.

Making the Most of Our Moments
VIRTUAL CLASS
Parents with Children Ages Birth- 5 Years
You think about what you could be doing. You think about what you should be doing. When you are a parent, even your free time comes at a cost. In this class, we will look at the three areas of our lives that take the biggest hit when we have kids—romantic relationships, self-care and friendships. We will find ways to make the most of the moments we do have to nourish all three.

Finding Balance in Parenting
Separating
Parents with Children Ages Birth- 5 Years
Parents are under a lot of pressure to do things ‘right’ in our fast-paced world with pervasive media. You make thousands of decisions a day, so sometimes it is hard to find a balanced approach to parenting. While information is good, it can sometimes undermine your confidence and leave you even more confused. You will explore your own parenting philosophy and gain confidence in the common parenting issues of the day: nutrition, screen time, children’s activities, safety, family roles, self-care and other topics identified by the group.

The Power of Showing Up
Separating
Parents with Children Ages Birth-7 Years
Parenting isn’t easy. Showing up is. Your greatest impact begins right where you are. Based on the latest brain and attachment research, The Power of Showing Up by Daniel Siegal and Tina Payne Bryson, this class explores the four building blocks of a child’s healthy development. Every child needs to feel safe, seen, soothed and secure. This class will focus on a parent’s approach to child-rearing and the skills and abilities one needs to build the parent-child relationship.
