Welcome Friends,
Get the cold weather gear out because it sounds like our mild weather is leaving us for awhile and we will be in the deep freeze for the next few days. Ugh! We have really been spoiled with the warmer temps. I guess this is January so what would we expect but it sure has been nice. I am sure many of you are missing more snow on the ground though. With the warmer weather it would have been nice to get out and sled, snowmobile, build snowmen, have snowball fightes, etc. We did see some snow this week and more to come, at least about an inch from now through Friday. There are still so many events on our calendar if you choose to go out of the house and do something with the kids. Sunshine next week but very cold. Will be getting my groceries for some warm meals at home.
I celebrated my Birthday on January 5th and it is always so much fun to spend time with my family and go out to dinner. I had so many fun birth deliveries from family and friends, phone calls, texts, cards, Facebook posts, and very thoughtful gifts from friends and family. Celebrating is over and unfortunately I am another year older but who is counting?
