Do any of you have a hobby or hobbies? I LOVE to knit and it has been such a productive, peaceful, and great way to spend my time indoors during the bitter cold weather here in Minnesota. I have made many many socks, 3 cowls, and cute little baby booties and baby sweaters. A cup of coffee, my knitting project and my new comfy glider rocker is all I need to find peace and enjoy my "ME" time. I have a number of other hobbies but knitting is my favorite because I can easily take it in the car, to a hockey game, out of town, wherever I go, my knitting project can come along. You are never to young or old to take up the hobby of knitting. I was taught when I was 4 by my mom and grandm and I have been knitting ever since. I have visited MANY yarn stores both in Minnesota and all the states that I have traveled to. Oh, and knitting just isn't for winter. I knit just as much during all the months of the year.
I hope you all have found something that you enjoy and brings you peace when you take some time for yourself. We all deserve that.
