With fall approaching I have compiled a list of ideas for your family to celebrate the season. Wearing hoodies, sipping hot cocoa, watching football games, taking nature walks, attending fall festivals, visiting apple orchards, having bonfires with s'mores, and so many other yearly traditions signifies the start of the fall season. Enjoy the beauty of the season.
1. Register Now for Como and Friends' Como Quest-September 29, 9-11:30am
2. Attend the Renaissance Festival.
3. Sign up and take a class at Muddy Waters Studio in Farmington.
4. Take a road trip to view the beautiful changing leaves!
5.Visit a local Farmers Market.
6. Have a bonfire and make S’mores.
7. Go on a nature scavenger hunt.
9. Visit Color Me Mine - Eagan to paint a pumpkin or other fall items.
10. Make pumpkin torte.
11. Make a fall craft to display in your house.
12. Visit the Minnesota Children’s Museum.
13. Get your tickets for an upcoming performance at Children’s Theatre Company.
14. Register for a MEA Camp at The Works Museum.
15. Schedule a family outing to a corn maze!
16. Visit your local library for a story time.
17. Pop popcorn and watch a Halloween movie with your family.
18. Bob for apples.
19. Rake all the leaves into a pile and have fun jumping in them.
21. Visit an apple orchard and/or pumpkin patch.
