CTC is launching three online engagement programs called Mindfulness Mondays, Write On! Wednesdays, and Suggestion Saturdays. Healing Rhythms focuses on bringing individual and group music therapy services to people of all ages and abilities. HRMT also provides early childhood music groups, lessons, drum circles and music-based wellness and stress management classes. Telehealth and other virtual options are now available too. I am a teacher of 16 years, a mom of 2 (10 and 7), and a children’s author. I am doing a “school at home” at 10am CST every day! We do about 45 minutes of stories, math and an art project. I do this via facebook live. I also have free resources (coloring pages, worksheets, activity books) available on my website.
